Four Bedroom Cabins on the Gorge

The Four Bedroom Cabins on the Gorge have plenty of space for family get togethers and big groups, with amenities that include a full kitchen and a private hot tub. You’ll have space to entertain, and personal space when you want to get away from it all.

These cabins are tucked in the woods for privacy, but conveniently located just across the road from the main check-in for Adventures on the Gorge resort, and just a few minutes away from the New River Gorge Bridge, and the National Park Service’s Canyon Rim Visitor Center, where you can enjoy other amenities, outdoor recreation activities center, children’s playground, restaurants, overlooks and decks, scenic trails, information about tours, and much more.

Sleeping Arrangements:

  • 2 master bedrooms with 1 king bed each and a shared master bathroom
  • 2 upstairs bedrooms with 1 queen bed each
  • Loft area with 1 queen-size sleeper sofa and a full bathroom
  • 1 queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room

Adventures was great! We felt safe with masks and distancing on the bus and there was plenty of room to socially distance at the resort. And of course, the guide was great and the rafting experience was just what we needed. Brought our 2 kids (ages 12 and 15) for the first time and they loved it! Wish we lived closer and could come more often!

Great time and great guides. Originally signed up for the Lower New but it was flooded so they switched us to the Lower Gauley. Water was flowing high and fast there, too, and it was incredible. Our guide was amazing getting us down the river. We would definitely go with Adventures on the Gorge again!

Simply the best place to stay for family adventures. authentic adventures too. only opportunity to improve is around the male pool lifeguards. they spent the entire 4 days I was there huddled in a group inside the pool talking instead of watching over the safety of the children in the pool. Guido is an amazing river guide. had us all laughing all day and kept our family's safety paramount. Matt made our summerville lake adventure laid back yet fun.
