Welcome! You’ve arrived to book your lodging and adventure activities for the Almost Heaven Classic weekend (June 7-9, 2024) at Adventures on the Gorge. Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging accommodations and adventure activities. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Lodging details: Cabins are first come, first serve. There is an Almost Heaven Classic group hold on lodging accommodations (for Friday 6/7 and Saturday 6/8) that will be released on Friday, March 1. Reservations are still welcome after this date if cabins are available. Price listed is per night, before taxes/fees. You can expect 6% State Tax, 6% Lodging Tax, a 4% Resort Fee, and an optional 6% Trip Cancellation Protection.
Adventure details: Adventure activities are available every day on a first come, first serve basis; there are no activity holds. Prices listed are ‘starting at’ prices and are subject to ‘calendar-based’ rates (e.g. Thursday may be a different rate than Saturday). Youth ages 12 & under may received discounted youth rates. Rates listed are per person, before taxes/fees. You can expect 6% State Tax, a $6.00 Activity Fee per person on full day adventures and a $3.00 Activity Fee for 1/2 day adventures, and an optional 6% Trip Cancellation Protection.
You do not need to book adventure activities at the same time as your lodging accommodations.
