Welcome! You’ve arrived to book your lodging for the 2024 Big I WV Young Agents Summer Retreat at Adventures on the Gorge. Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your cabin under your name for the night of Thursday, August 8th, 2024. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will make your reservation then send you an email confirmation. This email will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. 50% is due within 48 hours of this booking confirmation email. The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (Tuesday, July 9).
Adventures on the Gorge will be releasing all of the cabins in this lodging block on Friday, June 7, 2024. All cabins are on a first come – first serve basis through this form process.
