Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging for the 2023 Leadership West Virginia Retreat at Adventures on the Gorge (June 14-16, 2023). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging for the event.

Cabins have different pricing structures, please review the cabin description to find the best fit for you. Take note that some cabins must be shared cabins with other guests having their own reservations for that same cabin. All Leadership WV guests will have their choice of cabin (first come, first serve). All packages are otherwise the same, including two breakfasts and a lunch.

Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of the email confirmation. All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis. The room block will be released on Friday May 5th, 2023.
