You’ll be provided a kayak, life jacket, paddle, transportation, and an experienced guide to accompany you.
Dress for the weather. You should wear a swimsuit and shorts at the very minimum, plus more layers if the weather is cooler. You’ll definitely get a little wet, so keep that in mind. We suggest avoiding cotton–synthetic materials work best. Wear a raincoat if the forecast calls for it. You may also want to bring sunscreen and sunglasses. Consider renting a wetsuit and splash jacket in the spring or fall.
The minimum age for this adventure is 12 years old. All participants with a pre-existing condition must consult their physician before attempting this activity.
