Welcome Racers! You’ve arrived to book lodging for the 2024 Rim-to-Rim Race hosted by Active Southern West Virginia (May 4th, 2024). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to make your lodging reservation for the event. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis.

All prices listed are before taxes/fees; you can expect 6% WV State Tax, 6% Lodging Tax, 4% Resort Fee, and an optional 6% Trip Cancellation Protection (automatically added, only removed if requested to opt-out).
