Gaines Family Reunion

Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging for the Gaines Family Reunion at Adventures on the Gorge (May 16-18, 2025). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging for this reunion. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 10% deposit will be required within 48 hours of the email confirmation. 50% of the reservation is due by December 31, 2024. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis. Price listed is per night, before taxes/fees. A two-night minimum is required on deluxe style lodging (will be noted under each listing).
