Welcome! We are so glad you have decided to join us for the wedding of Hilary Kinney and Eric Heinowitz on October 27, 2024. You’ve arrived to book your lodging and activities for the wedding weekend (October 25-28). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve cabins and activities for the event. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will contact you to confirm your information, selections, and collect payment. All cabins and activities are on a first come – first serve basis so book soon!
Lodging details: All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis in a wedding lodging block. Price listed is per night, before applicable taxes/fees; Monday-Wednesday nights have a discounted rate. There is a box towards the end of the form to identify the ‘Number of people you are booking for’, in which you type in how many people are lodging. A two-night minimum is required on Deluxe-Style Cabins (will be noted by cabin listing). Lodging hold will be released on February 1, 2024.
Activity Details: An activity requirement in order to book lodging is not in effect for this weekend, but they’re highly encouraged! All wedding guests will receive a 15% discount on in-house activities. Youth rates may apply for ages 12 & under. Rates listed are “starting at” rates and are calendar-based so they may vary throughout the week. Please identify your preferred day and time of day for each activity choice, as well as names and ages, in the notes section at the end of the form. After reviewing your options below, enter your information in the form to register and secure your selections. Please be sure to book through this method so that we can track our wedding guests. If you book online not using this form, we won’t know you are with the wedding, we can’t track you for the bride and groom, and you won’t receive an activity discount! There is no advantage to booking online.

All rates listed are before applicable taxes & fees. You can expect 6% WV State Tax on everything. Lodging will have a 6% Lodging Tax, a 4% Resort Fee, and an optional 6% Trip Cancellation Protection. Activities will have either a $6.00 Activity Fee for full-day trips or $3.00 for 1/2-day trips, plus the optional 6% TCP.
