Welcome! We are so glad you have decided to join us for Kristen Kirchner and Andrew Rabel’s wedding (May 20, 2023). You’ve arrived to book your lodging and activities for the wedding weekend (May 19-21). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve cabins and activities for the upcoming event. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Lodging details: All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis. Rate listed is Thursday-Sunday nightly rate; Monday- Wednesday has a discounted rate. There is a two-night minimum.

Adventure details: The group rafting trip is on Sunday 5/21 at 1:20pm. This is the Lower New River Rapid Run (3-4 hours) for ages 12 & up. Many other adventures are available during this time (please browse our website). You may add them at any time by contacting an Adventure Specialist.

After reviewing your options below, enter your information in the form to register and secure your selections. Please be sure to book through this method so that we can track our wedding guests. If you book online not using this form, we won’t know you are with the wedding, we can’t track you for the bride and groom, and you won’t receive an activity discount! There is no advantage to booking online.

All rates listed are before applicable taxes & fees. Lodging will incur 6% WV State Tax, 6% Lodging Tax, 4% Resort Fee and 6% Trip Cancellation Protection (automatically added, but is an optional service). Activities will incur 6% WV State Tax, either a $3 (1/2 day) or $6 (full day) Activity Fee, and the 6% Trip Cancellation Protection.
