Kuczaj Family Reunion Activity and Lodging Registration

Welcome! You’ve arrived at the 2024 Kuczaj Family Reunion landing page for booking group activities and lodging. Enter your information on the form below to reserve activities and lodging under your name. Once your form is submitted, you will be contacted via email to confirm your information, selections, and collect payment. A minimum 10% deposit is required upon booking with 50% of the total balance due by 12/31/2023. All remaining balances must be paid by 30 days prior to arrival.

Activity Details: The options listed below are the ‘preferred adventures’ in the activity hold for the reunion. AOTG offers many additional activities – visit https://adventuresonthegorge.com to learn more. Ideally, book activities by 6/1/2024. Group activities in this hold will be released at that time. While you can also book last minute, you will be subject to guide and trip availability.

Note: The Lower New River rafting trip is offered as a full-day trip (includes lunch and swimming) or half-day trip (no lunch). Although the minimum age says 12, if there is someone in your group under 12 that wants to go, family trip accommodations may be possible (indicate so in the notes textbox when completing the form). The Upper New River rafting trip (offered as full-day only) is more low-key. Depending on water levels, it may be more of a “river float” experience.

Lodging Details: Options listed are currently on hold and available to book. If there is lodging you prefer that is not listed, please indicate your preference in the notes and someone will reach out to you if there is availability. Cabins will be held until 12/31/2023 at which time they will be released and open to the public.
