Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging for the WV/Western MD UPCI Minister’s Wives Retreat at Adventures on the Gorge (March 1st & 2nd, 2024). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging and adventures for this retreat. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. The price listed is the cost including all taxes, fees & cancellation protection.  This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Lodging details: All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis. Price listed is per night. There is a box towards the end of the form to identify how the ‘Number of people you are booking for’, in which you type in how many people are lodging. Lodging block will be released on Friday January 26, 2024. Reservations are still welcome pending availability.

Dining details: Dinner on Friday night and breakfast on Saturday morning are provided.
