Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging for the 2023 Optima Engineering Retreat at Adventures on the Gorge (August 4-6, 2023). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to make your lodging reservation for the event (if you are not interested in tent-camping). Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of the email confirmation. All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis.
