Welcome! You’ve arrived to book your adventures and lodging for the 2024 Walker Daddy-Daughter Weekend (June 6-9, 2024). Please read this information thoroughly. Entering your information in the form below is going to send your registration details to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your activities and accommodations for this group retreat. Once your form (scroll to the end of this page) is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will reserve your selections then send you email confirmation. This email will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. At least a 50% payment is required at the time of booking. Your balance is to be paid in full is required by Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
The proposed per person package is $496.32, including all applicable taxes and fees. Items included are detailed below (3 nights tent-camping, 5 activities, 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches). The group has the Trip Cancellation Protection service, read the cancellation policy here.
Activities: Included in the proposed per person package is MoonTrek (aka TimberTrek at night; Thursday evening), Lower New River Whitewater Rafting (Friday afternoon), and half-day Rock Climbing, Paintball and Gravity Ziplines (either Friday morning, Saturday morning, or Saturday afternoon – schedules will follow upon completion of all registrations). Please select the activities you want to opt in to in the form below.
Lodging: The default lodging option is tent camping. The group will all be placed in the same ‘Campground A’ at the Adventures on the Gorge Resort. View Resort Map. There are also tent platforms, RV sites, and cabins nearby. You will have the option to upgrade from camping when you fill out the form below.
Food: Included in the package is breakfast and lunch on Friday (6/7) and Saturday (6/8). You will be on your own for dinner each night. There are several on-site dining options as well as other options in town nearby. Please inform AOTG if you have any dietary restrictions for the planned group buffet breakfasts and lunches.
Please complete one form per family. There is a text box to list the names of the family members, use this opportunity to communicate details that this basic form cannot.
