Welcome! You’ve arrived to book your lodging and meals for the 2023 West Virginia Assessors Fall Board Meeting (Sept 18-20) at Adventures on the Gorge. Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your cabin and meals in your name for the nights of Monday and Tuesday, September 18th & 19th, 2023.

Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will make your reservation then send you an email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. All cabins are on a first come – first serve basis through this form process.

Meal packages: Monday Dinner Buffet (@ Buffler’s Pavilion), Tuesday Breakfast Buffet, and Tuesday Lunch Buffet is $97.11, including Catering Fees (not including 6% WV State Sales Tax, if you are not tax exempt = $101.97). Tuesday Lunch Buffet only is $38.72 including Catering Fees ($40.64 if not tax exempt). You are welcome to add our Smokey’s Breakfast Buffet on Wednesday morning, just let us know.

Adventure Activities are available to book on Monday (morning and/or afternoon) or Wednesday (morning and/or afternoon). Options are provided below with special conference discounts.

All lodging and activity rates listed are before taxes/fees. A tax exemption form must be provided if you’re claiming exemption from 6% WV State Sales Tax.
