Welcome! You’ve arrived to book your adventure activities and/or lodging for the 2023 West Virginia Association Of Geospatial Professionals Conference at Adventures on the Gorge (May 8-10, 2023). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your activity and/or cabin under your name. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you an email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. All activities and cabins are on a first come – first serve basis through this form process (the lodging block has already been released).

*We do request that if your organization is sending multiple attendees, or if you know other attendees, please utilize the shared cabins as much as you’re comfortable to do so!
