Located on the rim of New River Gorge National Park, our resort allows your group to be fully surrounded by the great outdoors. Plenty of adventures and a variety of meeting spaces allow you to come together and strengthen relationships. If you’d like to provide meals during your visit to Adventures on the Gorge, we’ll work with you to create a meal plan catered specifically to your group’s needs! We can cover everything from single-meal services to multi-day conferences needing three meals, break-out snacks, reception refreshments, and more.

- Midweek meeting discounts – Avoid the weekend crowds! Book your event or meeting for any time Sunday-Wednesday to receive additional savings on both lodging rates and meeting space rentals.
- Off season meeting and lodging specials – Enjoy up to 50% off full pricing when your group visits between November 1 and April 30. Lodging discounts vary and are subject to change.
