If you’d like to provide meals during your visit to Adventures on the Gorge, we’ll work with you to create a meal plan catered specifically to your group’s needs! We can cover everything from single-meal services to multi-day conferences needing three meals, break-out snacks, reception refreshments, and more.

- Employee Incentive Programs – We’ll assign a custom code to your company, association, or corporation providing you and your members savings on our in-house adventure activities.
- Midweek meeting discounts – Avoid the weekend crowds! Book your event or meeting for any time Sunday-Wednesday to receive additional savings on both lodging rates and meeting space rentals.
- Off season meeting and lodging specials – Enjoy up to 50% off full pricing when your group visits between November 1 and April 30. Lodging discounts vary and are subject to change.
FAQ
Are we required to use a company card/check to pay for our event?
The Adventures on the Gorge corporate sales team is happy to work with your budget to provide the best trip possible for your group. If requested, we’re able to separate your quote into per-person rates and we can provide individual invoicing for each member.
When is the best time to book my meeting?
Sunday to Thursday is the prime window for meetings that require lodging. The rates on these weekdays are lower than on weekends, and we have plenty of availability for meeting spaces for your group. Though this is during a normal workweek, nothing is better than productivity while enjoying the beautiful New River Gorge. What better way to revitalize your team than through team building in the great outdoors?
Are we required to do adventures if we have a meeting at Lookout Post?
Though not required, we do suggest taking part in any of the wonderful adventures offered at Adventures on the Gorge. We offer special group rates for adventure activities and can find an adventure to fit every member of the group! We offer full-day activities and half-day options.
May I bring family with me while I’m in my meetings?
Adventures on the Gorge is a family-friendly environment with activities and adventures for any age. We also offer the option of separate lodging per person based on availability in case a team member wishes to bring family or just wants a cabin for themselves. We’re here to meet all your needs while you’re staying and playing with us!
