FAQ
Can I have an evening wedding at Smokey’s on the Gorge?
Smokey’s is only available for evening weddings during our quiet season, beginning the fourth weekend in October and lasting until mid-May. All other times of the year, Smokey’s is available for weddings only between the hours of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Am I allowed to bring in my own caterer and bar?
In accordance with the local board of health and restrictions around our liquor license, we do not allow outside catering or alcoholic beverages to be served at weddings. That said, you are allowed to bring in your own wedding cake or dessert! You can also bring in your own wine for a $15 cork fee per bottle.
What if I don’t like your dining menu options?
We’re happy to customize a menu to your liking! Prices are subject to change based on your menu selections.
Can I have a wedding by Canyon Falls Pool during the prime season (Memorial Day through October)?
Canyon Falls Pool is reserved for everyday use by resort guests during our prime season, so poolside weddings can only be held in April, May (before Memorial Day weekend), and October. That said, you can book the area as an after-party space during the prime season with cocktails and appetizers. You can have your ceremony on the event deck and dinner inside before heading out to the pool for dancing and swimming. No additional tenting is required for this option. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the after-party would be relocated to the event deck.
I’d like to have my wedding and reception at Sunset Pavilion on a Saturday. Is this an option?
We do not rent this space on Saturday evenings due to the volume of business in the restaurant. It is available on other days of the week, but you do need to reserve the event deck with a tent as a backup option. Even though this area is covered, it does not provide enough protection in the event of rain or storms.
Do I have to stay at the resort in order to book a wedding at Adventures on the Gorge?
Staying at our resort is not required, but we encourage you to make the most of this celebration with the most special people in your life! Explore a variety of activities for everyone, and make it a multi-day adventure to remember.
