Welcome! You’ve arrived to book your lodging and adventures for the 2024 Brown Family Reunion at Adventures on the Gorge in West Virginia (June 28th Weekend)! Please read this information thoroughly. Entering your information in the form below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging and adventures for this reunion. Once your form (scroll to the end of this page) is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will reserve your selections then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. 50% of your cabin balance is due by the end of December, 2023. The 100% final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations and payments will be made within the Group Master Reservation.
Lodging details: All cabins and campsites are on a first come, first serve basis. A two-night minimum is required to book lodging, and adventure activities are highly encouraged as there is an activity requirement that the reunion needs to meet as a whole. If you intend to share a cabin with other family(s), just one family will ‘claim’ the cabin and be responsible for paying for that cabin and its respective deposits/payments; the other family(s) will need to settle up internally – you can make note to us who you are sharing with but only one family needs to complete a form requesting the cabin. Price listed is per night, including taxes and fees.
Activity details: You do not have to select your activity at the same time as your lodging selection, but as always – the sooner the better! Activity rates listed are group rates special to your reunion, so please use this form to make your selections (you may fill the form out for activities only if your lodging is already arranged). Each family is responsible for paying for their own activities (even if you are sharing a cabin). Please note that Saturday rates may be different than Sunday-Friday, it will be identified per each activity below. Tell us in the text box at the end of the form how many people, their ages, what day and what time of day for each trip you’d like to book. Family reunion gathering is tentatively set for 3-9pm on Saturday. If other members in the reunion have selected the same activity(s) during the same time frame(s), we will do our best to reserve the same trip(s). Adventures on the Gorge may have other activities or partner activities to offer, if you see something on our website that you are interested in and it is not listed as an option here, please identify in the text box at the end of the form. Price listed is per person, including taxes and fees.
Dining details: There are a variety of restaurants available for you to dine at while visiting Adventures on the Gorge. Smokey’s – open for breakfast (pre-paid option available, see below) & dinner daily. Chetty’s – open for lunch & dinner daily. Java Falls Coffee Shop – open daily. Canyon Falls Snack Shack – open daily. More information available upon check-in.
