Welcome! You’ve arrived to book your lodging accommodation and whitewater rafting spot for the Weed Man USA Franchise Retreat, July 26-28, 2023. Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your spot on the trip. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 48 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Lodging details: All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis. Price listed is per night, before taxes/fees. An adventure activity is required to book lodging. Some cabins have a 2-night minimum, this will be noted below. There is a box towards the end of the form to identify how the ‘Number of people you are booking for’, to which you type in how many people are lodging.
Activity details: The group activity is the 8:00am Lower New River Rapid Run (1/2 Day) on Wednesday, July 26. Rate listed is Weed Man USA group discounted rate, before taxes and fees. Please identify names and ages in the notes section at the end of the form. Adventures on the Gorge has many other adventure activities to choose from, should you wish to add another activity or would like to do something in lieu of rafting; please inform us in the additional notes section at the end of the form.
